BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 22 November 2019 – RBAF Training Institute emerged as the champion of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Female Inter-Service Netball Tournament 2019 that took place at the New Gymnasium and Multi-Purpose Hall, Bolkiah Garrison.
Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) came in second place, followed by Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) at third place. Fourth place went to Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) was at fifth place.
In attendance as guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Siti Isah binti Haji Abu Talip who presented the prizes to the winners of the tournament.
Five RBAF teams participated in the competition where a total of 10 games were held. The tournament serves to inculcate a healthy competitive attitude and teamwork, as well as, to strengthen friendship amongst colleagues from different services within the RBAF.
